Active Minds Spring 2026 Chapter Report

Hello Chapter Leaders,

Our team is excited to hear about the events, outreach, and advocacy you’ve been working on! A few things before you get started – please read carefully:

  • Completed Chapter Reports are essential to maintain your active chapter status. There will be four (4) Chapter Reports administered this year (October, December, March, and late April / May), and all reports are required. This is the third report for the 25–26 academic year.
  • While Chapter Reports are required, we don't have program requirements – please complete the report regardless of how many meetings or programs you've held! If your chapter status needs to change (i.e. if your chapter is inactive), please email us at chapters@activeminds.org.
  • This report can only be completed once for your chapter. Please coordinate to identify one person who will complete it for the entire chapter.

These reports provide information so that we can tailor support and acknowledge your amazing work! Thank you for all that you do in your communities to change the conversation about mental health.

The Spring 2026 Chapter Report will close on March 13, 2026.

Please report chapter activities you’ve conducted since the last submitted chapter report this year.

If you have any questions about this report or anything else related to your chapter, don't hesitate to contact our team at chapters@activeminds.org.

Take care,

The Active Minds Chapters Team

Your Chapter Activities!

Note: Members are folks who are regularly engaged in the chapter.

They may attend meetings, events, and / or engage in group messages or email threads. You may have more people on your newsletter / email list or on your club roster, but we'd like to know how many folks are active in your chapter's activities. This number is an overall average or estimate of your chapter members and does not have to be exact.

Note: "Meetings" are regular and ongoing gatherings specifically for Chapter Members.

New members are welcome to attend, but these gatherings differ from events and programs, which usually attract a broader audience beyond Chapter Members.

If you are a new chapter or if this is your first Chapter Report of the year, please share all meetings so far this year.

Note: "Policy" refers to a school-wide effort or policy change that impacts a large portion of the student body.

Policy efforts are generally NOT programmatic - you will be asked about your chapter's programming in the next section. Only include policy advocacy efforts that your chapter has directly worked on, rather than policies that already exist at your school.

Chapter Events & Programming
Chapter Programs: We're now going to ask you about your chapter's events and programming you've held so far. Note: "Program" refers to the activities that your chapter does. We've categorized these activities into several options for you to choose from. Please use the "other" option to inform us about your program if it doesn't fit the provided categories. Since we've already asked you about meetings and policy efforts in the previous section, here you should only select programs in the following format:

  • Active Minds National Program: a program offered that is hosted or provided by the National Office (Active Minds Speaker, A.S.K.tivation, Behind the Backpacks, Stress Less Week, etc.)
  • Tabling: your chapter hosted its own table in a public area at your school, or participated in an event where you represented Active Minds at a table.
  • Event: your chapter hosted or was a primary co-host of an event intended for an open audience (de-stressing events, awareness events, etc.). Workshops can be considered events for the purposes of this report, as long as the audience was not exclusively chapter members.
  • Fundraising: your chapter hosted a fundraising event or other activity where the primary purpose was to fundraise
